Status: $22 per hour/Full-time Hourly
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00 pm (on-site)
Duration: May – September 2025 (dates to be determined)

Summary
As a Sustainability/ESG Intern at Universal, you will report to and take direction from the Sustainability Director.
What You’ll Be Doing (Essential Duties)
- ESG data management, analysis, and reporting for global operations in cooperation with other departments
- Assist with the Company’s annual sustainability report and submissions to the Carbon Disclosure Project
- Desk-based and internet research related to ESG and sustainability topics
- Provide general support for operational and sustainability needs
Minimum Requirements
- College Sophomore, Junior, or Senior currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Environmental Sciences, Data Analytics, Sustainability, Engineering, or other related disciplines
- Interest in developing an understanding or applying previous knowledge towards the topics of corporate sustainability, international business, and/or environmental disclosure.
- High level of commitment to developing excellence in technical and/or business skills.
- Effective analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
