Job details
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure alignment with company records.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing financial data and insights.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage audits, both internal and external, ensuring timely resolution of any discrepancies.
- Monitor cash flow and provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and statutory financial obligations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to support decision-making and business growth.
- Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred).
Experience in accounting, book keeping, or finance, minimum 2 years.
This position is fully onsite in Warren, MI
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
