As a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., we deliver comprehensive third-party logistics solutions to our clients.
We operate from Conley, GA and serve Walmart, managing cross-dock activities such as product sorting, trailer loading, and transportation scheduling.
This is a 2nd shift position working from 2:30pm-11:00pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 15 direct reports, overseeing inventory and workflow management.
- Guaranteeing adherence to quality and safety regulations as outlined in company policies.
- Preparing and analyzing reports on production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies.
- Cultivating strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Executing tasks delegated by the customer and/or Facility Manager.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities.
- A high level of work ethic and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- A competitive and career-oriented mindset.
- Up to 5 years of supervisory or management experience in warehousing, distribution, or transportation.
