We are currently hiring a Hostler Driver / Ground Person to join our team in Dolton, IL. This role requires the ability to direct crane operators in moving cargo containers, prepare railcars for loading and unloading, and operate hostlers to move trailers and chassis around the rail yard terminal.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. Additionally, they must be willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and have open availability to work day, swing, night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
