We are based in Chillicothe, IL, supporting CAT operations. Our warehouse facility provides pick and pack, sequencing, and inventory management services.
*Note: This position involves 2nd shift work, Monday through Friday from 2:00pm-11:00pm.*
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple Supervisors, Inventory, and Workflow
- Develop strategic plans, improve processes, and solve problems
- Evaluate and maintain quality and safety standards according to company policies and procedures
- Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Perform other tasks assigned by the customer and/or Facility Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in warehousing, distribution, or transportation environments
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and a competitive mindset
