How You'll LEAD
The Coordinator, Global Film and TV Administration will assist with various activities in relation to the studio partner engagement and data processing. This role will bring support to the Global Film & TV team and liaise with the copyright, analytics, and royalty departments.
How You'll CREATE
- 2 years of experience in music publishing
- Knowledge of copyright, royalty, and music licensing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage simultaneous projects
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Ability to conduct research, analyze data, develop robust business cases with relative autonomy and high attention to detail
- Communication skills and the experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and database applications.
- Strong team player
- Assisting with onboarding of new studio partner with back catalogue deliveries
- Working with regular metadata deliveries
- Setting up films/tv shows in UMPG’s systems
- Weekly and monthly cue sheet processing and circulation
- Local office queries and cue sheet requests
- Various clean-up projects
- Producing various reports
