The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex business relationships, negotiating contracts, and providing strategic guidance on business development initiatives.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Exceptional business development and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of music industry trends and regulations
- Ability to manage complex business relationships and partnerships
- Strong management skills and ability to lead a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
In addition to these requirements, the ideal candidate will also have:
- Juris Doctorate degree
- Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in any of the following jurisdictions: CA, and/or NY
- 10 years of experience in the music entertainment industry
- Strong network of contacts within the industry
