Cash Counter - Vault Operations (Part Time)

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for preparing and processing all revenues for Universal Orlando Resort received through Revenue Bags or MIMO Cash Recycler machines. Handles revenues received from Revenue Bags and process through Compass Software. Process revenues received from MIMO Cash Recycler and balance using High Speed Cash Counters or Jet Scan machines.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Opens Mimo cassettes and count cash from inside using Jet Scan machine, ensuring totals meet transfer slips.
• Prepares cash revenues from revenue bags from Universal Orlando Resort. Must meet the minimum stripping transactions per hour metric.
• Adheres to the internal and dual control policies of UO and meet the minimum average of 2 points or below for over/short matrix points.
• Processes cash revenues from revenue bags and MIMO Cash Recycler machines from Universal Orlando Resort. Must meet the minimum processing transactions per hour metric.
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

EDUCATION:

• High school degree or GED is required.
  
  

EXPERIENCE:

• 1 years of heavy cash handling, math skills, 10-key, balancing required.
• 1 years cash settlement systems experience, and Bank Teller experience is preferred.
• Computer experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Background check is mandatory, and results must meet Universal Orlando’s criteria.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
