JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for overseeing the daily operation, including the assigned staff and their interaction with guests. Communicates needs with department team members as well as other departments, ensuring each area is running efficiently.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation, training and development of the of all areas including Operations, Merchandise, Food and Beverage, Facilities and Parks Technology and ticketing to ensure all efforts for successful operation. Provides and ensures that exemplary guest service is maintained at all times. Performs Duty Supervisor role as the venues contact providing communication during daily operation with all lines of business.
• Ensure daily staffing and management of all venue operations including Ticketing, Operations, Food and Beverage and Merchandise.
• Provides work direction, counseling, coaching and performance reviews to hourly team members. Checks for accuracy in weekly schedules for corresponding departments.
• Coaches and motivates the front of house team to promote safe and efficient operation of the theatre while also exceeding guest expectations of courtesy and cleanliness.
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

EDUCATION:

• High school degree or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree (AA) is preferred.
  
  

EXPERIENCE:

• 1 years supervisory experience required;
• or equivalent combination of education and experience.
