POSTION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Sales Technician to join our team! Looking for someone who is eager to learn and be responsible for the entire project cycle to include development and project completion and provide customer service and sales support in the Soft Drink Beverage Industry.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
· Oversee Project – Consultation with customers, obtaining technical requirements from customer and design product per discussed specifications. Ensure completion of project on a timely manner.
· Sales – Inbound of sales or service calls and on-going follow-up via email or phone. Preparation of quotes to comply with customer or agents needs for valve packages or spare parts.
· Product – Responsible for presenting the product to customers and visit onsite for valve presentations, audits and sales.
· Installations & audits – Install filling valve packages and audit machines at customer’s site.
· Customer Relations – To maintain and build a long-term relationship with current or potential customers via email or phone conversations.
· Computer Skills – Proficient with all computer programs necessary to do tasks such as: Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel and other productivity office equipment.
· Communication – Ability to interact with domestic, international clientele and speak Spanish.
OTHER DUTIES:
· Inventory Management – Assist with the balance and flow of inventory to keep the manufacturing department running efficiently for sales orders.
· Quality Control – Assist with the process of inspecting to ensure quality and compliance are met by using gauges, CMM (coordinate measuring machine) and Optical measuring machine.
· Shipping – Assist in the preparation and packaging of completed orders including utilizing UPS shipping software.
· Office Duties – Answering phones, preparing sales orders, packing lists, invoices, utilizing office equipment for preparing brochures for customers, and handling travel arrangements to accommodate sales and service calls of customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $43,680.00 per year
