Job Purpose:
Responsible for assisting the loss prevention director in managing the collection of audits related to safety, operational standards, and location financial management. This role supports organizational growth by ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement, and maintaining high standards across all operations.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Recording and reviewing safety audits submitted by the location managers
- Recording of the ORCA scores into the Audit Market Report Card
- Completing administrative duties for updating and managing the audit forms
- Completing on-site safety audits
- Assisting in delivery of safety training communications to the field
- Assisting with maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local OSHA laws and regulations
- Understanding and answering employee questions regarding the Safety Program, OSHA procedures, or ORCA-related policies and procedures
- Assisting in safety events and promotion.
- Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure integrity.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business- or finance-related field.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Training skills, and experience, a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
