Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Packer/Shipper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring that all items are accurately packed and labeled according to company standards. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our shipping operations.
Duties
- Moving and sorting goods and materials
- Accurately pick and pack based on Pick List, ensuring safe transport.
- Label packages and box products prior to shipping
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packing.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all packing materials are stocked.
- Assist in inventory management by keeping track of packed items and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet shipping deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and labeling.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of shipping processes and procedures is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Cross functional tasks.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.60 per hour
