Quality Control Inspector

Position Overview:
Precast Unlimited Inc. is looking for a Precast Concrete Quality Control Inspector to ensure the highest quality standards are met across our production processes. This critical role requires an individual with a laser focus on attention to detail, extensive experience in material sampling and testing for concrete production, and the ability to identify deficiencies while offering timely and practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct materials receiving inspections to verify all incoming materials meet required standards.

· Perform pre-pour and post-pour inspections on all precast concrete products.

· Inspect the batch plant and weld shops to maintain strict quality assurance protocols.

· Carry out post-processing and pre-shipment inspections to ensure products are in compliance before they leave the facility.

· Support QC Technicians and assist the QC Manager in daily tasks as needed.

· Create and organize detailed inspection reports following Precast Unlimited Inc. QC-SOP’s.

· Assist with real-time adjustments to batching when necessary, using knowledge and certification guidelines.

Qualifications:

· Minimum Qualifications: PCI Level I Quality Control Technician/Inspector Certification

· Preferred Qualifications:

o Three years of experience as a Precast Concrete Quality Control Inspector

o PCI Level II Quality Control Technician/Inspector Certification

o NPCA PQS QA/QC 2 Certification

Salary Range:

$23.00/hr - $28.00/hr
