HR / CSR Assistant – Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 1st Shift)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR / CSR Assistant to join our team full-time. This role supports both the Human Resources and Customer Service departments, providing essential administrative and clerical assistance.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Provide end-of-month support for automotive and material order processing
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist with daily customer service tasks related to materials and automotive operations
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing and proofreading documents
- Support monthly reporting and invoice reconciliation
- Provide clerical assistance including FMLA and COBRA support
- Help ensure accuracy of bi-weekly timecards
- Offer phone coverage support as needed
- Experience with ADP is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in ADP
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with 10-key data entry
- Solid math and phone communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- High attention to detail
- 1–2 years of office experience
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
