What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with players of all ages and skill sets
- Positive, passionate, and energetic attitude
- In-depth knowledge of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques
- Contagious passion for pickleball and coaching
- Previous coaching or teaching experience is a plus
- Coaching certifications (PPR, etc.) is a plus
