Job Title : Interventional Radiologist
Location : Wellington, FL

Schedule : In-House with Call
Two weeks on / two weeks off
Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with call from 5 PM - 8 AM
Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience performing minimally invasive procedures using advanced imaging techniques. This role offers an opportunity to significantly impact patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and includes both onsite work and call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform a wide range of interventional procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, biopsies, drainages, and tumor ablations.
Utilize imaging modalities such as fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT, and MRI for precise guidance during procedures.
Collaborate with referring physicians and specialists to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Provide detailed explanations of procedures to patients, addressing concerns and ensuring informed consent.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Mentor and train residents and junior staff in interventional techniques and best practices.
Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives within the department.
Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in interventional radiology through ongoing education and training.
Qualifications :
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology with a fellowship in Interventional Radiology
Proven clinical skills and experience in a variety of interventional procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
