Duties
- Assist with data entry and data collection to help maintain accurate records and reports.
- Supervise and support community care initiatives, ensuring that clients receive the necessary assistance.
- Participate in case management activities, collaborating with staff to develop effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to foster a positive environment.
- Provide first aid support as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Engage in behavioral health initiatives, offering support and resources to individuals in need.
- Help organize and facilitate community events or programs that promote health and wellness.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in supervising roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and data collection methods is beneficial.
- Previous experience in home community care or related fields is a plus.
- Understanding of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs is advantageous.
- A relevant certificate in case management or related areas is desirable.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- First aid certification is preferred but can be obtained during training.
- Knowledge of behavioral health practices will be considered an asset.
