Responsibilities

- Utilize software tools such as Raiser’s Edge for tracking donations, managing donor relationships, and analyzing fundraising data.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote fundraising campaigns and events effectively.
- Monitor fundraising progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Organize fundraising events that engage the community and enhance the organization’s visibility.
- Provide training and support to staff and volunteers involved in fundraising activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fundraising or development roles, preferably within a nonprofit environment.
- Strong public relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in using databases for tracking donations, managing donor information, and analyzing data trends.
- Experience in grant proposal writing with a successful track record of securing funding.
- Excellent strategic planning abilities to create innovative fundraising initiatives.
