What You'll Do :

  • Oversee all phases of roofing projects from launch to completion
  • Supervise and support roofing crews , ensuring safe and efficient work
  • Conduct on-site safety meetings and maintain daily safety checklists
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and materials to ensure success
  • Provide clear communication and updates to homeowners throughout the project
  • Utilize your roofing knowledge and leadership skills to drive project success

    • What We Offer :

  • Competitive Salary : $55,000 - $65,000 per year
  • Monthly Vehicle Allowance ($500) & Fuel Card (for personal vehicle use, if applicable)

    • Requirements

  • 2-3 years of roofing or construction experience
  • Leadership or management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus!)
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and crews with efficiency
  • Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
  • Must Pass a Criminal Background Check & Drug Screening
  • Must be able to climb ladders and work on rooftops
