Production Supervisor

USI / Asteelflash is actively looking for a talented Production Supervisor join our team here in Milpitas, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct and train new employees to follow Box Build requirement.
• Creating and managing team follow daily workflow schedule.
• Evaluating employee’s performance and providing feedback.
• Direct and coordinate the utilization of manpower and equipment
• Organize and direct staff and plan and progress all day-to-day production activities to meet current customer requirements and resolve any production schedule issues.
• Monitor work area to ensure productivity, quality, process, and safety standards are being followed.
• Track and report on production, ship schedules, work-in process, labor and product movement.
• Liaise with other departments and customers to recommend changes that will increase production efficiencies, reduce cost, and increase profitability.
• Conduct data analysis, reviews production reports, and prepares manufacturing metrics report.
  
  
  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 5-8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment as a production supervisor

This position will be 100% onsite. The expected based salary range for this position, if filled in California, is $75,000 - $95,000 annually, dependent on specific skills and work experience.
