Pay Range: $22-$30/hour
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare/set up sites with proper signage, cones, barricades.
- Loads, unloads, and identifies building materials, machinery, and tools, and distributes them to the appropriate locations, per project plans and specifications.
- Mix, pour, level, set forms, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, rakes.
- Operate hand tools and small equipment such as jackhammers, shovels, saws and drills.
- Ground restoration and general job site cleanup.
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Valid drivers license required
- Class A CDL preferred
- Very proficient with skid steer
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Knowledgeable, proactive commitment to safety
- Ability to shovel consistently and lift 75 pounds
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, contractors and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times
- Must be available to work overtime and weekends
