We have been in business since 1998 and have installed over two thousand job sites each year since. We currently run multiple directional drilling, cell tower, installation/maintenance, and restoration crews across the state. Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Automotive Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking up and delivering parts and equipment, assisting with light mechanical work, and helping to maintain the organization and cleanliness of the shop. This is a multi-functional role that requires someone who is highly organized, mechanically inclined, and has a strong work ethic.
Primary Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parts to/from suppliers, vendors, or job sites as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts to keep work schedules on track.
- Communicate with the team to verify part numbers and supplies before delivery.
- Assist mechanics with basic repairs and maintenance on vehicles, machinery, or equipment.
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery checks, and other light mechanical tasks as needed.
- Inspect and report any issues or safety concerns related to equipment or parts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reordering parts.
- Ensure work areas are clear and safe, removing any hazards or debris.
- Organize and label parts, tools, and supplies for easy access by the team.
- Support the team with any additional duties as required.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while performing tasks.
- Operate company vehicles and machinery as necessary.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and experience with small repairs.
- Previous experience working in a shop environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive or industrial parts is preferred.
- Have good communication and organizational skills.
- Pay attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Have basic computer skills for inventory tracking and communication.
