Pay Range: $65K-$89K per year
Overview
Universal Services is looking for a detail-oriented individual to primarily be responsible for overseeing a contract after it has been awarded to ensure all parties involved meet their legal and contractual obligations. This is an important part of a project’s success as it helps Universal Services ensure compliance with laws and regulations, mitigates risk, identifies bottlenecks, guarantees operational efficiency, and achieves the desired outcomes of the contract.
Responsibilities
- Administrative management of Subcontractor agreements. This entails working with our subcontractors to ensure all necessary and accurate documentation is on file.
- Manage the status of contracts and any requirements including submittals, invoices, deliverables, and contract alterations.
- Systems management for all customer compliance requirements.
- Acquisition and submittal of all Certificates of Insurability (COI), which includes ensuring all COI’s meet company criteria and the management of expiring COI’s.
- Management of permit bonding requirements partnering with necessary internal partners along with our insurance carrier(s).
- Manages the municipality registration, licensing, and renewal process for Universal Services, ensuring we are set up to do business in all necessary municipalities.
- Provide necessary reporting/status updates on contract administration responsibilities.
- Partner with CAO on marketing initiatives.
- Lead special projects related to role.
- Additional administrative duties include scheduling travel for all individuals in the organization and ordering necessary supplies for the department.
Requirements
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in contract management, business administration, or related field
- Preferred Certifications: Federal Contract Manager, Contract Management Associate, or Professional Contract Manager
- 3 years of contract management or administration experience
Salary : $65,000 - $89,000
