Pay Range: $30-$42/hour
Job Summary
Organize and direct field labor force daily to complete the scheduled work in a quality manner, on time and safely.
Primary Responsibilities
- Leads and accepts responsibility for the successful completion of field operations
- Run locator for driller
- Oversee proper set up and tear down of job site
- Complete and submit accurate paperwork back to the office
- Work with mechanic on vehicle maintenance issues
- Fill out damage reports and submit photos on hits, accidents and injuries
- Serve as point of contact for the customer and the end user
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record for team development and employee mentoring capabilities
- Understanding of all underground installation processes
- Keen attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
- 2 years foreman experience within the installation industry
- Must possess good written and verbal communication skills
- Valid, unrestricted Class A CDL required to comply with insurance requirements
- Willing to travel
