We are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support our General Manager, Accounting and Sales. You will provide a wide variety of administrative and support services to our team which include, scheduling, documentation, data entry, organize and file paperwork. The ideal applicant will possess the following qualities:
· Strong communication skills
· A pleasant and professional demeanor while assisting the General Manager and interacting with clients, vendors and colleagues.
· The ability to assist with mailings, file organization, special projects, and routine daily office care and protocols.
· The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude is a must.
· 2 years working in a professional administrative role.
