Primary Objective
- Provide technical support related to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of products that safely and cost-effectively meet requirements for quality and delivery, as well as process metallurgy support for operations.
- Technical Manager
- Review material for compliance with critical order requirements.
- Develop and improve manufacturing plans and processes.
- Perform statistical analysis and correlate process and product data.
- Support non-conformance disposition, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
- Lead and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Review customer claims and issue technical reports.
- Provide customer support and participate in customer audits.
- Compliance with Quality and Safety systems and procedures

- Minimum 4-year degree in Metallurgy or Materials Science or a related field

- 1-3 years minimum experience in hot working and heat treatment processing
