Finishing Crew Member III
Wage Range: $21.25 to $21.75 after probationary period ends and higher after UTC training completed as openings are available.
Day shift: 7am to 7pm / 3 on, 2 off, 2 on 3 off
Night shift: 7pm to 7am / 3 on, 2 off, 2 on 3 off
12-hour shifts
Prior steel mill or industrial furnace experience
Tow motor and crane experience
Must have reliable transportation
Duties
Reviews traveler and other paperwork for Heat Treat requirements
Consults Heat Treat Profile Management System to identify orders that may be heat treated together.
Builds loads as required to maximize furnace fill.
Operates rotary furnace controls to load/unload furnace as needed.
Moves materials via tow motor or remove overhead crane.
Schedule:
12 hour shift

Education:
High school Diploma or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
Remote Crane: 1 year (Required)
Forklift: 1 year (Required)
Shift availability:
Night Shift or Day Shift (Required)

Salary : $44,200 - $46,200
