Reports to : VP Sales and Marketing
Job Summary :
Oversees entire sales function to ensure exceptional level of customer service and order fulfillment while executing plans to achieve sales targets and company growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manages and mentors Sales and Marketing team
- Develops new customers and potential markets
- Supports Field Sales with customer visits
- Maintains strong relationships with all customers; internal and external
- Design and implement plans to meet sales targets
- Collects sales and lead data and reports to executive team monthly
- Participate in monthly financial reviews
- Works closely with entire Leadership Team to create synergies
- Works closely with Production Planning to ensure lead time and capacity management
- Research and report on industry trends and competitor activity
- Identify threats to the company sales plan and establish plans to overcome such threats
