Job Description
The Entertainment Production Center team is launching Rental Tracker Pro, an asset management and inventory system!
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Field verification and validation of Assets and Asset integration into RT Pro software program.
- Will assist in, tagging assets with barcodes/asset verification numbers, data entry of assets and working alongside management to create the process for asset tracking and inventory management.
- Verify Ent Assets within the warehouse and offsite storage locations then updating RT Pro Data if inconsistencies are present.
- Ensure RT Pro data captures bar codes, RFID tags, Asset Verification Number, and Venue, while also including proper labeling, taking/uploading pictures of the assets and measurements into RT Pro.
- Work with Inventory, Planning, and Assets Team to ensure Assets are tagged correctly and linked to the proper RT Pro Asset.
- Creating Supporting Documents
- Assist in creating workflows and outlining process to external stakeholders.
- Assist in creating dashboards and charts from RT Pro Asset Data.

- Theme Park Operations knowledge and experience
- Theater background
- Asset Management and inventory experience
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of employees and management within an office and in-field environment
- Strong team player
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible is essential
- Required skills in Microsoft 365: PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Desired but not required skills in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Monday through Friday 7AM-4PM
