Summary:
- Contribute to the preparation or modification of reports, plans, and designs for projects.
- Recognize and report errors and inconsistencies with data. Must have a working knowledge of surveying and basic engineering concepts (construction grades, construction equipment, and terminology).
- Perform quantity estimates, detailing and check calculations and drawings.
- Contacting and meeting clients to communicate necessary information on specific projects.
- Create and write technical reports including feasibility studies and engineering reports.
- Perform occasional CAD work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- EIT Certification
- 1-4 years’ experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MicroStation
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated to meet individual and team goals
