Program Support Integrator

This position will support the Integrated Product Support Team with Logistical and Financial requirements at Redstone, Huntsville, AL.  The position will require that the candidate work onsite at Redstone and interface with the Program Office, customers and field support personnel.

What will you be doing?

This position will be a key member of the PM CCS team.  Duties include:

·         Ensure IPS and Human Systems Integration (HSI) elements are addressed for assigned ammunition/weapon systems being fielded to the Armed Services or for foreign military sales.

·         Provide effective communication with customers

·         Provide updates on any aspect of product support regardless of lifecycle phase of the product.

·         Develop, staff, maintain Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), materiel fielding and other product support documentation, as necessary.

·         Provides critical review & input to various acquisition and sustainment planning documents (e.g. program acquisition strategies/plans, schedules, funding requirements, capabilities documents, testing plans, systems engineering plans, provisioning, maintenance assessments, technical manual development, material fielding documentation) as they affect product support.

·         Coordinate the establishment of supportability milestones and/or fielding milestones/events.

·         Manage Product Support Management Integrated Product Teams (PSMIPTs) and/or Material Fielding Team functional experts to include resourcing the team members for them to execute their product/service deliverables.

·         Ensure funds are not overrun or expire.

·         Ensure assigned property/equipment to be fielded fully accounted for and issued on a timely basis. Ensures relevant and timely supportability analyses are done; ensures product support packages, training support packages or total package fielding materials are completed for successful program milestone decisions, material release and material fielding executions.

What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?

This position will require the following skillsets and experience:

·         Knowledge of the integrated product support elements and ammunition a plus.

·         5-10 years of administrative experience and business knowledge

·         Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Word, Teams etc

·         Detail oriented, works well in team environment, can multi-task within a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving priorities.

·         Must be able to obtain a clearance through the DoD security background investigation process

·         Must be US Citizen

·         Must have a Bachelor's degree

·         Pass drug and alcohol testing

·         Must have a valid driver’s license

Salary : $57,000 - $95,000
