SCOPE OF SERVICES:
As a Senior Security Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring security in the SDLC and maintaining security controls and countermeasures.
- Designing and implementing security measures to protect data across cloud platforms and on-premise systems.
- Collaborating with integrators and teams to follow frameworks for secure data storage, processing, and exchange.
- Reviewing and assessing security designs for projects and recommending controls to address challenges.
- Implementing secure integrations, including web services and APIs.
- Performing vulnerability management, remediation efforts, and risk mitigation plans.
- Monitoring systems for security incidents and vulnerabilities, and developing response plans.
- Developing security requirements for internet-facing applications and associated infrastructure.
- Conducting security assessments and optimizing security tools and controls.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Candidates who do not meet the following mandatory skills will not be considered:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in system design and security engineering, with both cloud and on-premise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of secure design reviews, identity and access management, OWASP, Secure SDLC, and NIST frameworks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
- Professional certifications in at least two of the following: CCSP, CISSP, CISA, Azure Solutions Architect, or similar certifications.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and advanced auditing/log management.
- Strong knowledge of Data Security, including cryptography and encryption.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM), SAML, Federation, Privilege Access Management (PAM), and MFA technologies.
- Experience with Cloud Access Broker Services (CASB) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools.
- Familiarity with centralized management of next-generation firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and user behavior monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with performance tuning, security hardening, and advanced auditing techniques.
- Strong experience with monitoring, analyzing, and mitigating vulnerabilities in cloud, network, and endpoint environments.
- Expertise in developing technical architectures and implementing security solutions throughout project lifecycles.
