UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a GRC Architect for a hybrid position based in Albany, NY. This role requires onsite work 3 days a week with flexibility to work onsite 100% if requested by the client. Occasional travel (10%) may be required. Candidates with active LinkedIn profiles are preferred.

The GRC Architect will lead the technical administration and development of the RSA Archer platform, aligning business needs with system functionality. The role involves system upgrades, configuration, dashboard and workflow development, risk assessments, and stakeholder engagement across a variety of compliance initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform day-to-day technical administration of the RSA Archer platform
- Align business needs with platform configurations and service capabilities
- Manage upgrades and patching across RSA Archer environments
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and maintain documentation
- Create and maintain RSA Archer dashboards and reports
- Prototype and build workflows within RSA Archer
- Evaluate customer workflows and processes for platform optimization
- Conduct risk assessments and monitor compliance programs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity or a related discipline
- 10 years of relevant experience, including:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum 5 years of Archer experience in a development role
- Minimum 2 years of experience implementing Archer in federal/state agencies
- Minimum 5 years configuring Archer modules, dashboards, reports, and workflows
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Strong familiarity with security/compliance, internal controls, ERM, and audit processes
- Experience with RSA Archer GRC platform configuration, including:
- Application design, workflow creation, data mapping, reporting, dashboard development
- Creating/managing data feeds for import/export
- System integration using APIs, Web Services, scripting, and SQL
- Experience analyzing business requirements and providing GRC technical solutions
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and requirement gathering
- Proven track record of on-time RSA Archer project delivery
- Proficiency in configuring cross-field functionality in RSA Archer

- Archer Certified Specialist or Archer Certified Expert certifications
