As a QA Test Lead, your responsibilities include:
- Managing processes and personnel to conduct quality assurance of software applications.
- Supporting the testing of all data bridging scenarios during system transitions.
- Supporting testing on legacy systems as functionality is retired and decommissioned.
- Collaborating with testers, system integrators, and QA vendors for all phases of testing.
- Identifying testing scope, effort sizing, and planning required for each release.
- Managing automation, performance, load, API, and cross-browser testing efforts.
- Monitoring test progress, rebalancing resources, and resolving issues as needed.
- Reporting test progress, defects, and risks to stakeholders and management.
- Preparing software defect tracking and mitigation plans.
- Conducting knowledge transfer sessions for team members.
- Ensuring QA processes and procedures are followed and continuously improved.
- Creating a productive and engaging testing environment.
Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 4 years as a QA Test Lead.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on QA experience across API, Web, and Mobile applications.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience leading multiple projects or applications.
- Strong knowledge of QA processes, procedures, STLC, and defect life cycle.
- Experience in test automation (Selenium with Java preferred).
- Experience conducting Load and Performance Testing.
- Experience with API and Web Services testing.
- Strong SQL skills for CRUD operations on large datasets.
- Experience with Salesforce, Box, Copado, or similar technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile SDLC environments.
- Experience testing complex enterprise applications and legacy system migrations.
- Experience with IBM Filenet or other workflow systems.
- Experience with JIRA and SharePoint.
- Certification in Software Quality Assurance (CSTP, CSQA, CASQ, ISTQB-CTFL/CTAL/CTEL).
