As a Senior PeopleSoft Developer, your responsibilities include:
- Performing technical oversight and assessment of application and system development projects to ensure cybersecurity, technical integrity, and compliance with design requirements.
- Conducting technical reviews and preparing formal evaluations of key deliverables and work products, including application architecture, technical specifications, coding, unit testing, and integration testing.
- Ensuring application security by implementing robust cybersecurity measures to prevent malicious attacks.
- Working closely with the Technical Lead to create development project plans, distribute work packages, manage and review deliverables, and create design documents for new customizations related to new releases.
- Coordinating with various teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- 10 years of experience in developing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and performing vulnerability testing.
- Experience managing security solutions in PeopleSoft environments and working with security controls, encryption, and authentication protocols.
- Experience installing and managing sophisticated security software, identifying vulnerabilities, and creating security protocols to protect organizations from cyber threats.
- Hands-on experience implementing and testing new security features, planning system/network upgrades, troubleshooting, and responding to security incidents.
- Strong technical aptitude in troubleshooting, maintaining, and updating information security systems, implementing continuous network monitoring, and providing real-time security solutions.
- Experience working with various operating systems, mobile devices, cloud networks, and wireless networks, while staying up to date with advancements in the cybersecurity field.
- Highly vigilant and detail-oriented in identifying vulnerabilities and security risks.
- Commitment to keeping up with best practices and emerging industry trends, continuously learning and self-educating.
- Ethical hacking skills to fully understand potential system breaches and create effective countermeasures.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience conducting business and technical requirement analysis, testing, and execution in cybersecurity-related projects.
- Experience working with cloud-based security solutions and enterprise-wide risk management.
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a Technical/Business Discipline is required.
