Position:
The Recruiting Assistant will provide essential support to the recruitment and operations teams within our IT consulting firm. Key responsibilities include resume formatting, scheduling interviews, posting job opportunities, and maintaining candidate records. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative and recruitment tasks, proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:
As a Recruiting Assistant, your responsibilities include:
- Formatting resumes to meet internal and client standards.
- Posting job openings on the company website and external job boards.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assisting recruiters in organizing recruitment documents and maintaining accurate candidate records.
- Managing recruitment inboxes and responding to candidate inquiries.
- Supporting job fair/event coordination and logistics.
- Proofreading job postings and recruitment materials for accuracy.
- Using Adobe to edit and format PDF documents and recruitment forms.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks that contribute to recruitment workflows.
- Maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive candidate information.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Candidates who do not meet the mandatory skills will not be considered.
- 2-3 years of administrative or recruitment support experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe (PDF editing and formatting).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working for a recruitment or staffing agency.
- Familiarity with posting job roles on LinkedIn, really, and other job boards.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and manage candidate data.
- Calendar management and scheduling experience.
- Background in IT consulting or technical recruiting.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
