UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a hybrid role based in Guilderland, NY. Candidates with experience in recruiting agencies are preferred but not mandatory.
Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will support our IT consulting firm by managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities include sourcing and attracting top talent, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Maintaining job postings on the company website and external job boards.
- Conducting candidate outreach via LinkedIn, really, and other platforms.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars between candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and manage candidate data.
- Providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assisting with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Supporting job fair/event coordination and logistics.
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and employment laws.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Candidates who do not meet the mandatory skills will not be considered.
- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, really, and other sourcing tools.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in a recruitment or staffing agency.
- Familiarity with IT consulting or technical recruiting.
- Experience developing recruitment marketing strategies.
- Background in HR processes and employment compliance.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
