This role involves building and maintaining relationships with real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to promote our title and escrow services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
- Implement effective sales strategies to promote our title and escrow services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight our services and value proposition.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status, reporting regularly to management.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- No experience necessary, although some sales experience in the title insurance, real estate, or related industry is preferred.
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
