We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient handling of freight and deliveries while ensuring the safe transportation of goods. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, transport/shuttle goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload freight using pallet jacks and other equipment as necessary.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization of stock.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack safely and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
