What are the responsibilities and job description for the AUTOGLASS PORTER AND TRAINEE position at Universal Toyota?
We are looking for excited applicants who are ready to dip their feet into the world of auto glass installations. We handle the majority of installs for all of Red McCombs. As we expand, we are needing more people who share in our passion for the business.
This is a trainee-hybrid position. Meaning, your job will be to pick up vehicles from other dealerships and deliver it to our location, as well as take them back. You will also be taught how to repair cracks in windshields, and work your way up to an installer. Here at Red McCombs we believe in Deliver to Serve. So when we are having a slow period you would be excepted to help in different areas of the department.
You can expect the trainee process to take anywhere between 6-24 months depending on progress. We will set you up with the skills needed to help us grow.

Job Requirements :
- Must be able to lift 35lbs
- Must have a valid driver license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a passion for exploring new things
