Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company stays compliant.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Perform payroll and time keeping processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor key HR metrics, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
