Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage consistently with diverse customer groups to ensure effective communication.
- Provide clear updates to customers and collaborate with our internal team.
- Schedule company resources including service technicians, delivery drivers, and project managers.
- Coordinate project delivery and installation with customers and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate internal records for installation and service tasks in line with company standards and software.
- Request replacement parts from manufacturers using external software.
- Monitor project progress and take necessary actions to ensure successful completion.
- Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere while collaborating with peers, service technicians, project managers, sales, and operations personnel, as well as customers.
- Utilize software tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and various web-based platforms effectively.
