About the Role
- Sales appointments: Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested a quote for our home improvement services and listen to their needs.
- Identify customer needs and negotiate/close the sale
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing coaching sessions
Key Qualifications
- Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (10am, 2pm, 6pm appointments)
- In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
- Ability to meet and exceed goals
- Must be self-motivated and results oriented
- Driver’s license and ability to commute to customers homes
- Willingness to learn a structured sales process
- Motivation to WIN!
