GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for developing and driving residential sales, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for leading the Residential Sales Team in achieving sales revenue goals.
- Drive revenue and meet targeted quotas.
- Responsible for making sure that all Residential Sales Reps are properly trained.
- Facilitate, track, and evaluate the daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.
- Responsible for all Sales Reps hitting their monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Work with the Marketing team in developing promotion of new programs.
- Assist tracking of Residential Sales Commissions.
- Recruit and retain new Sales Reps.
- Attending monthly managers' meetings with a focus on the Sales and performance of the department.
- Increase off peak workload and close rate.
- Serve as an interdepartmental liaison between the Sales department and other departments within the company.
- Proven experience (5 years) in residential sales (preferred), with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Prior experience in the home services industry is highly preferred but not necessary.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- High level of ambition and prior track record of success.
