Position Overview : The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, organization, and distribution of materials and equipment to support our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service teams.
Key Responsibilites :
- Develop and implement procedures and policies to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Implement and maintain effective warehouse layout and space utilization to support business operations.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and control in the warehouse, including regular cycle counts and audits.
- Adjust inventory levels based on seasonal variations, promotions, and other factors affecting demand.
- Responsible for inventory across 60 service trucks.
- Ensure timely receipt of all materials and accurately update the Company's software application.
- Organize and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of essential materials, tools and equipment for service projects.
- Coordinate with various teams to fulfill service orders efficiently.
- Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff, promoting a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.
- Enforce all safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
