What are the responsibilities and job description for the VPK Teacher position at University Academy?
We are looking for an eager and motivated preschool teacher available to work from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm. The teacher will be responsible for the early education of the children in their care. The duties and responsibilities of the teacher include developing and delivering interactive learning programs designed to engage and educate young children. For example:
- Lesson planning
- Establish and enforce rules of behavior for children in their classrooms
- Provide basic needs for children
- Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
