Minimum Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by a U.S. Department of Education (DOE) or internationally recognized accrediting organization.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis and design or a related field.
- 3 years' experience applying business and / or process analysis concepts such as defining business needs, solution requirements, investigating and implementing potential solutions, and process documentation and improvement.
- Experience leading cross functional teams and effectively communicating with both functional and technical stakeholders of all organizational levels.
