Position Summary:
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- The Milieu Manager will assist with training lead MHTs and function as a mentor to all staff.
- Assist in patient management, program oversight, maintain unit integrity, provides continual supervision, ensure patient safety, crisis management, and therapeutic interventions.
- Ensure milieu schedules are being followed by nurse department staff and ensure appropriate documentation submitted.
- Be proficient in time management, organization, scheduling, and communication with leadership team.
- Take on departmental training roles as needed and participate in audits as assigned.
- Conduct departmental meetings and assist with department communication.
