What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rehabilitation Specialist position at University Chiropractic and Wellness?
You will be expected to perform specific stretches and strengthening exercises with patients prescribed by our chiropractor, making sure the patient is performing the excercises properly, effectively communicating to the patients and correcting their posture when it is needed , and putting patients on Therastim. You will also be expected to properly document your times while with the patients so our chiropractor can keep the proper notes.
There will be on the job training so NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. We are a pretty steady woman owed chiropractic office so there will be days that you will be pretty busy and won't have much down time in-between working with patients. During the days when down time occurs we ask that all of our employees help out with some light cleaning duties to maintain a clean office/work space.
We work Monday through Friday and are off on weekends and all major holidays. Pay is based off of experience. There are job performance raises and monthly cash bonuses.
Our hours are as follows:
Monday: 12pm-6pm*
Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday: 10am-1pm* & 3pm-6pm*
Friday: 10am-3pm*
* means you may be here past the scheduled office hours

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
