What You Will Be Doing

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent customer services to our residents while managing the front desk. The perfect candidate will possess good communication skills, be able to react in an emergency, and have a flexible schedule with the ability and willingness to work coverage shifts when necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet building residents/tenants/guest(s)/Vendors when they enter the building and guide them to their designated areas
- Handle inquiries from resident/tenant/guest in a professional manner
- Document emergency calls and communicate regularly with other staff members
- Act as s resource for tenants/residents and visitors questions, referring them as needed to appropriate offices
- Monitor the Wynnewood House building access while maintaining accurate building entry and guest registration records
- Package Management, including logging packages and distributing to the proper recipients
- Lease Administration, including but not limited to: leasing paperwork from move in to move out, work order entry, resident follow-up and check-up calls, record prospective residents’ traffic and application information
- Complete daily activity logs. Including but not limited to documenting any unusual issues or events regarding residents and building guest(s)
- Actively observe/monitor video surveillance cameras
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Operate telephone, computer/keyboard/laptop, Microsoft Office including Word and MS Outlook, community software
- Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances
- Demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns
